Squeezing the last juices out of my oldie AMD...
Last night we tried to get all out from my good old 3800+ newcastle.. Luckily I have Corsair PC3200 twinx (2x1gb) ram that went easily to 442mhz so that wasn’t a bottleneck at all.. But as 3800+ newcastle is 130nm compared to his young overclocking maniac brother Venice that’s 90nm. We found a roof @ 2650 mhz (1.7v, 12x FSB 221mhz) so it’s like 250mhz increase from the stock,...
